Made to redefine student organization recruitment and member onboarding for modern campus communities. The project combines client-side document parsing, simulated Gemini File Search RAG classification, and an interactive status tracker focused on accessibility, automation, and speed.
Design / Development
The primary objective was to establish a clean, minimalist system that matches the organization's professional standard—high-contrast, precise, and highly functional. A cohesive dashboard utilizes client-side document extraction to recommend committee placements instantly, allowing officers to seamlessly review, download, approve, or reject candidates. The status tracker complements this layout by locking sensitive onboarding tasks until candidates are officially approved, keeping workflows unified and secure.
